Hello,
My name is Ms. Langevin and I’m thrilled to be your third-grade teacher. Let me be the first to welcome you back from summer break! I’m excited to get to know you and eager to experience all that we will together in the 2018/2019 school year!
This year I’m celebrating my 14th year as a teacher I live in Carlsbad with my precocious but loveable hound dog, Walker. I love reading, taking photographs of nature, gardening, swimming, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family!
I can hardly wait to meet you and start to learn all the important things about your! I’m wondering what you love to do? Do you like to read or write? What’s your favorite food? Do you have a favorite subject? Tell me more. What are you into, sports, music, nature? What’s one thing about you that I should know?
I am a teacher because I love helping students learn! I am enthusiastic about motivating, inspiring, and academically challenging young learners. I want you to know that you are ‘super-smart’, you’re important, you make a positive difference, and that learning can be so much fun! Our class motto is BELIEVE in YOURSELF which I think is perfect because you already have your family, friends, classmates, and me believing in you because you’re AMAZING!
We also have a class nickname and abbreviation which is: Langevin’s Outstanding Learners or LOLs
I look forward to seeing you Monday so we can go on a learning adventure together in third grade!
Sincerely,
Ms. Langevin
